When compared to the rivals, the Infiniti QX50 puts out one of the highest power output in the segment. Moreover, unlike the Audi Q5, the QX50, Cadillac XT5, and Acura RDX can be availed with either an FWD or AWD drivetrains. That Audi gets Quattro AWD as a stand-alone choice.

How fast is the 2021 Infiniti QX50?

Acceleration is one of the strongest suits of the 2.0L I4 engine of the Infiniti QX50. It has one of the best power numbers in the segment. The QX50 produces a massive 268 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque which propels the vehicle to 60 MPH from a standstill in a mere 6.4 seconds

It might not be the fastest car in the segment, but it still runs in tandem with its competitors. All the vehicles in this segment, get a 2.0L engine under the hood but with totally different power outputs. The smaller engine block helps control the emissions and also make the car more efficient.

Although the competition is very close and all the cars run neck-to-neck. the Audi still stays a bit ahead in the game. In a quarter-mile straight, the QX50 still takes the lead over the Cadillac XT5, and the Acura RDX stays right at the Audi Q5’s tail.
