As such, its accommodations have gone from spartan to opulent, and the 2021 model is the most luxurious Range Rover yet. - Caranddriver

With no changes to the 2021 iteration, in comparison to the outgoing 2020 model, the 3L turbocharged MHEV inline-6 motor comes mated to an 8-speed torque converter automatic transmission and gives out a 0-60 mph time of 7 seconds and a quarter-mile time of 13.9 seconds. It offers a maximum towing capacity of 7,716 lbs too. When it comes to gas mileage, the 2021 Range Rover gave out 20 MPG of combined gas mileage. The safety and driver-assistance features like forward-collision warning, automated emergency braking, lane-departure warning, etc are also offered as standard.

Coming in for a base MSRP of $92,000, the 2021 Range Rover can also be leased or financed, both of which turned out to be quite value-for-money. Land Rover offers a base lease price of $1,279/month with the 2021 Range Rover, which is for a 36-month term with a down payment of $3,426. The car can also be financed for a monthly payment of $1,672, which is for a 60-month term with a down payment of $4,706. Even though the 5-year cost of ownership hasn't been reported yet, the 2021 Range Rover offers a miles per dollar ratio of 6.7, which is quite impressive for the segment.

Quick in any form, the Range Rover is perhaps most impressive for its ability to balance on-road comfort with off-road supremacy. - Thecarconnection

The 2021 Range Rover is a full-size luxury SUV and it comes with no changes to the mechanicals, in comparison to the outgoing 2020 model. Retaining the same 3L turbocharged inline-6 motor with the mild-hybrid system, putting out 355 hp and 365 lb-ft of torque, the 2021 Range Rover also retains the character and driving feel of the 2020 Range Rover. This motor comes mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and the 4WD drivetrain system. It also offers a towing capacity of 7,716 lbs.

2021 Range Rover comes with a 3L turbocharged inline-6 motor

The 2021 Range Rover comes with the impressive ride quality that it is quite synonymous with. Coming with the air suspension setup as standard, the 2021 Range Rover absorbed all the irregularities on the road with ease, offering a flat ride quality, both during slow city commuting and highway riding. The vertical movement and body roll are also quite minimal for an SUV. However, it is not a fun-to-drive SUV. The steering is very light and offers minimal feel and feedback. The car also has high understeer, which takes away the fun from the driver. In comparison, the 2021 Range Rover SV Autobiography offered more fun.

2021 Range Rover manages to do the 0-60 mph in 7 seconds

Being the most expensive offering of the segment, similar to the 2021 LX 570, the 2021 Range Rovers inline-6 motor gave out 0-60 mph time of 7 seconds and a quarter-mile time of 13.9 seconds, both of which are not the best of the lot. When it comes to the braking performance, the 2021 Range Rovers 14.3" front rotors and 13.3" rear rotors gave out impressive braking performance. However, the 60-0 mph braking distance hasn't been measured yet. In comparison, the 2021 Range Rover P400 Westminster gave out a superior 0-60 mph time of 5.9 seconds and a quarter-mile time of 13.9 seconds.

Luxury is the name of the game in the Range Rover, but surprising seat versatility is also offered. - Carbuzz

Coming with the same 3 interior colors of the outgoing 2020 model, namely ebony, espresso, or almond, the 2021 Range Rover turned out to be quite opulent, due to the inclusion of leather everywhere along with chrome, wood, and aluminum accents. Many other customization options for headlining, finisher, steering wheel, etc can also be done to personalize your ride. Being a 5-seater full-size SUV, the front row interior space is also quite impressive for the segment, barring the slightly lower legroom

The Range Rover hasn’t changed much since 2013, but it remains a beautifully-detailed SUV both inside and out. - Thecarconnection

The Range Rover has always been a handsome-looking full-size luxury SUV, mainly due to the boxy design language and the quintessential British styling, adding to the character of this SUV. The front view of the 2021 Range Rover stands out due to the automatic LED headlights with LED DRLs, chrome wrapped grille, massive Range Rover embossing on the hood, and the decently sized air dam and skid plate. The width of 87.4" makes it the widest offering of the segment, making the SUV stand out from the bland-looking rivals. This also helps the car to come out with impressive interior space.

2021 Range Rover retains the styling of the outgoing 2020 model

The side view of the 2021 Range Rover stands out due to the massive 19" 5 split-spoke alloy wheels, silver accents of the doors, and the masculine character line that starts from the fender and goes all the way to the rear quarter joining the taillight. The blacked-out A, B, and C-pillars also make the 2021 Range Rover stand out. When it comes to the rear view of this behemoth SUV, we were quite impressed with the neatly designed LED taillights, chrome lining on the trunk, dual-exhaust setup, and the integrated rear spoiler with shark fin antenna on the roof. The wheelbase of 115" also adds to the interior and cargo space on offer.

2021 Land Rover Range Rover Vs 2021 Lexus LX 570

The 2021 Lexus LX 570 is a full-size luxury SUV that is available for a base MSRP of $92,000 and comes with better reliability, a slightly more spacious interior, and a third-row seat. The performance and the acceleration on offer from the 2021 LX 570 are also superior to that of the 2021 Range Rover. However, the 2021 Range Rover is more opulent, offers more bells and whistles, and comes with many customization options too. The ride quality is also superior for the 2021 Range Rover.

2021 Lexus LX 570

Land Rover Range Rover Vs 2021 Lincoln Navigator

Available for sale art a much lower base MSRP of $76,185, the 2021 Navigator turned out to be more value for money than the 2021 Range Rover. This luxury SUV also offers all the relevant interior features as standard, which turned out to be better than the 2021 Range Rover. The performance and acceleration from the twin-turbo V6 motor were also better than the Range Rover. However, the 2021 Range Rover turned out to be better in terms of luxury. It also offered more customization options and was also slightly better put-together than the 2021 Navigator.

2021 Lincoln Navigator

Land Rover Range Rover Vs 2021 Cadillac Escalade

The 2021 Cadillac Escalade is a typical American luxury SUV that is more powerful, has better acceleration performance, and offers a more spacious interior, in comparison to the 2021 Range Rover. Available for a base MSRP of $77,490, the 2021 Escalade also came out with a much lower price tag. Even then, the features on offer seem to be as impressive as the Range Rover. However, the interior quality and customization options are nowhere close to what is offered by the 2021 Range Rover. The 2021 Escalade also doesn't feel as opulent and expensive as the 2021 Range Rover, especially on the inside.

2021 Land Rover Range Rover Final Verdict

9.0/10

Like the outgoing 2020 model, the 2021 Range Rover turned out to be one of the most opulent luxury full-size SUVs of the segment. Offered for sale at a base MSRP of $92,000, this SUV comes with a luxurious and feature-packed interior, impeccable customization options, and a punchy powertrain. The gas mileage was the best of the lot too. The only downsides are the lack of third-row seats and the base price tag, both of which can be deal-breakers to some. Hence, if you are alright with these issues, we would recommend you to check out the 2021 Range Rover, as it ticks most of the boxes of a full-size luxury SUV.

I had other cars in my mind, but both of my sisters are off-road people, and they insited to bring in this 2020 Land Rover Range Rover. Although my sisters like driving themselves, I ain't a good driver myself, so have hired a driver for me and children. Our driver and one of my sis says they have been experiencing forceful jerks and car revs forward indpendently for a while. We took it to the dealer and they diagnosed as well as replaced gear shift module. A case has been filed with Land Rover, and they said to have been working on it as there have been such cases earlier too. Didn't expect such an early failure from a 90 grand six-month old car. There is nothing wrong about the dealers or Land Rover services, but poor quality and engineering of such costly vehicle like Range Rover is the reason I rate them only 1 on 10.

A good change

Pros - Quiet, comfortable, fun to drive

Cons - Rear visibility, no sunglasses holder

Excellent car Excellent car in most respects. Doesn't corner like a sports car, but it's not a sports car so a winner! Beautiful, luxurious, powerful, and reliable. Ready for my 5th one at end of my lease in June

Brute from Britian

Pros - Punchy engine, luxurious and spacious cabin, large wheels

Cons - Poor fuel economy,

The classy pic out of the costly. Not the most easiest cars to drive around in city and not the most offroad worthy SUVs out there but a sensational blend of luxury and brute power making every driving moment with this car remarkable. I am greatly satisfied on their hospitality
