Jaguar's lineup is brimming with products these days, from coupes to all-electric SUVs. Possibly missed among the expansion is the Jaguar XE. This small sedan isn't a great seller, but Jaguar has given it a variety of updates this year to boost its charm. The 2021 XE comes with just one powerplant: a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder with either 247 or 296 horsepower. Both send power rearward via an 8-speed automatic transmission with available paddle shifters. The base XE S carries a starting price of $39,900, which is above-average for a small luxury car. The XE R-Dynamic, which is the only other trim option in this Jaguar, starts at $46,295.
