For starters, Ford will be offering the F-150 with some unique features including its patented max recline seats in the King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited trims. There is also a completely redesigned body while the introduction of the new SYNC-4 infotainment system becomes standard, with a 12-inch touchscreen on offer as well.  The price of the 2021 Ford F-150 for the SuperCrew model will start at $36,650 and go up to $75,945 for the top-spec Limited with 4x4.

The 3.5L hybrid V6 trim is not only deemed to be the most economical in class but also offers a maximum towing capacity of up to 12,700 pounds. Otherwise, the 2021 Ford F-150 gets 290 hp from a 3.3L V6 unit as standard. The rivals still do not seem to affect the F-150 in a huge way except for the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab. Others include the likes of Jeep Gladiator and RAM 1500, which also adds several driver-assist features as options and is joined by an all-new Ram 1500 TRX model.

Even the base XL trim level is packed with lots of features but the Lariat trim offers the best mixture of features and technology at an affordable price point. There are lots of models and trim levels available in the used market along with various engine choices and bed sizes.

9.0/10

"No matter which engine you choose, the F-150 comes paired with a 10-speed automatic. For the first time ever, the F-150 s also offered with a hybrid powertrain" - Car And Driver

The 2021 Ford F-150 is available with five engine offerings, among which the 3.3-liter naturally aspirated V6 engine is kind of the best option available for an average consumer, at a base MSRP of $36,650. This engine produces 290 hp and has 265 lb-ft of torque and is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.

This transmission includes selectable drive modes like normal, eco, sport, tow/haul, deep snow/sand, and mud. You can have the F-150 in either a rear-wheel drive or a four-wheel-drive configuration. All engine options are quite capable and offer good tractability. However, if you are into hardcore off-roading then we would suggest you stick with the 5.0L V8.

Among its rivals, the RAM 1500 has the most power with 305 hp from its 3.6-liter naturally aspirated V6 engine. But it is worth noting that it is only the Ford F-150 that offers a lot more variety of engine options to choose from than all of its rivals. With the 3.3-liter naturally aspirated V6 engine under its hood, the 2021 Ford F-150 SuperCrew does the 0 to 60 mph sprint in just 7.2 seconds.

The quarter-mile timing is at 14.7 seconds and the top speed is rated at 130 mph. All the pickup trucks in the segment are pretty very similar in terms of 0 to 60 mph sprint and quarter-mile timings except for the 2021 RAM 1500 Quad Cab that reaches 60 mph from a standstill in just 6.6 seconds. The next closest is the Silverado with timing of 7.1 seconds.

Ford has been really consistent with the fuel economy of the 2021 Ford F-150 SuperCrew. Since the same engine is carried over with the 2021 model, we expect it to give 20 mpg in the city followed by 25 mpg on the highway and has a combined mpg rating of 22 along with a fuel tank capacity of 26.0 gallons. For a Pickup truck that costs $36,650, this offering is economical by all means.

Its MPG ratings are the same as the F-150 despite a more powerful engine and the 26-gallon fuel tank is also identical in size.

"The 12.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system is the more traditional horizontal layout rather than the vertical layout found in the Ram. Despite this, it has split screen side-by-side functionality to display Apple CarPlay and other vehicle systems, which is terrific." - The Car Connection

The 2021 Ford F-150 in its SuperCrew body style can seat up to 6 passengers with ease and great comfort, priced from an MSRP of $36,650 onwards. The seats by themselves are very comfortable and supportive with adequate bolstering making it good to drive. Larger and taller occupants have plenty of space to find the perfect driving position.

Even the competitor pickup trucks in the segment can seat up to 6 passengers with ease and all have a great amount of space to keep the passengers in comfort. The Silverado 1500 has a slight advantage in terms of front row space but it is nothing big that will bother the front occupants in the F-150. Ford has updated the 2021 F-150 SuperCrew with the latest SYNC4 infotainment system.

"Many won't be able to detect the subtle styling updates, but there is nevertheless more visual variety for 2021 thanks to a whopping 11 different grille designs included with different trim levels and packages." - Autoblog.Com

Pickup trucks are not made for fashion rather they have been designed for usability and which is what is very important for a pickup truck. But still, Ford has done lots of changes and additions to the exterior design of the 2021 F-150 to make it look aggressive and striking as always, all in a fine package that would set you back by $36,650 or more.

The mirrors are huge and provide a lot of visibility. There are creases and cut-outs in the bonnet to improve aerodynamics. Yes, aerodynamics, in a truck that looks like a wall upfront. There are classic headlight shapes, a big grille, and a big blue oval for the Ford logo upfront.

2021 Ford F-150 SuperCrew Vs 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab

The toughest competitor to the 2021 Ford F-150 SuperCrew is the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab. Both of these pickup trucks are perfect in every way you need them and the only reason to choose one over the other will be your personal preference to pick either Ford or Chevrolet. The Ford F-150 yet has a great advantage on its side as it is not only the highest-selling pickup truck but the highest-selling vehicle all over the United States. That is how popular, trustworthy, and reliable the Ford F-150 has been over the years.

2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab

2021 Ford F-150 SuperCrew Vs 2021 RAM 1500 Crew Cab

RAM has been reaching great strides with its recent launches, which also include the likes of the RAM 1500 TRX Crew Cab truck. FCA has been very serious about the 1500 pickup truck and has loaded it with lots of features and tech as much as they could. That makes sure that it is a worthy rival to the ever-popular and successful Ford F-150 and Chevrolet Silverado 1500. There are still some major aspects where the RAM 1500 needs to improve in order to compete with the F-150 and Silverado 1500, especially regarding reliability and trustworthiness.

2021 RAM 1500 Crew Cab

2021 Ford F-150 SuperCrew Vs 2021 Jeep Gladiator Crew Cab

Jeep has been known for making very capable and powerful off-roaders over all these years and they have put all that knowledge to good use by introducing the Gladiator. With the 2021 Jeep Gladiator Crew Cab, Jeep has made it up to date with all the latest technologies and features they could cramp into it. The FCA now has two pickup trucks competing in the same segment. Still, the Gladiator has a lot to catch up on even with the RAM 1500. So competing with the likes of the 2021 Ford F-150 and the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab seems a distance too far for the Gladiator. But still one would buy the Gladiator for its unique and iconic Jeep looks and off-roading capability.

A Solid and best pickup truck with great mileage

Pros - Best-in-class Towing Capacity, Achieves more mileage than its other trims, Modern Interior design with an attractive 8-inch touchscreen Infotainment system

Cons - Compact Rear seating arrangement, Transmission keeps on changing, Low Initial Pickup than expected

Outstanding, Rugged and Best-in-class Pickup Truck I can say that I’m very proud to own a Ford F-150, The all-new version is an absolute champion. My truck has got it all. Best Performance and Efficient enough with the 3.3L V6 Engine which also gives me more mileage when compared to its other trims. The technology integration, towing capacity, and great ergonomics make my truck superior to its rival. Ford is always known for its reliability and build quality for many years and in the new launch, they justified it again. And also this is the most powerful and fuel-efficient trim which is also spacious to accommodate my family too. And I must say about the touchscreen infotainment system which is very user friendly. Love my Ford F-150 overall and I can name it as the best truck of 2021 without any doubts. Great transaction at the All Star Ford Lincoln, LA. Everyone from the dealership was great from the beginning to end making sure I got the truck and deal I wanted. Making possibly hectic things go a little bit easier is much appreciated. I wish them to Keep up the solid work.

Overall a decent package

Pros - Safety systems come in handy

Cons - A little harsher than I thought

For all purposes a nice truck The safety systems in this truck are really useful and help a lot especially when I am driving in the city. I have learned to operate most of them by now. But the ride is a little shifty and the jerks and bumps are something that I got accustomed to. Decent place and lot of trucks in their collection which is helpful'

2021 Ford F-150

Pros - Good performance figures and good towing capacity

Cons - Long stopping distance and a transmisson issue are not good sign

Good one in the garage The good driving dynamics and good with performance. I got this for its performance, utility and good spacious seating but i didn't expect and it won't come with the premium features and the luxurious cabin comfort that other rivals are good. sales staff was top notch.Everything was so easy and I felt so comfortable buying a new car!

Is it good?

Definitely a good truck to buy. Sure, it has some flaws but what doesn!
