2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer Complete In-depth Review & Buying Guide

Updated on: November 21, 2020

The 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer is an all-new crossover-SUV that impresses with standout exterior and interior design, comfort and style, and a powerful turbo engine. This is not a rugged body-on-frame mid-size SUV of old, but the new Trailblazer is substantially smaller and slots between the Chevrolet's subcompact Trax and compact Equinox. Despite the fact, the 2021 Trailblazer's price starting under $20,000 makes it the least expensive SUV in the Chevrolet's lineup.

The 2021 Chevy Trailblazer comes with a choice between two turbocharged 3-cylinder engines, front-wheel drive (FWD) or all-wheel drive (AWD), and five trim levels: L, LS, LT, Activ, and RS (reviewed separately). The 2021 Trailblazer not only offers a multitude of configurations, but you'll also get 1,000-pounds of towing when properly equipped. The Chevy Trailblazer shares its engineering and architecture with the Buick Encore GX.

2021 Chevy Trailblazer Price, Specs and Review
Live big in small SUV: 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer starting at $19,000!

Unlike the bigger Chevy Blazer, the Trailblazer shares design but doesn’t stand out for its driving dynamics. Instead, Chevy offers the buyers a cavernous rear-seat room and cargo area. the unique trim: Activ, stands out from the crowd of other boring small crossovers. Expressing your style has never been easier thanks to the creative color combinations available on the 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. The all-new Trailblazer is truly competitive if your priorities are space, technology, and design. Though other competing in the segment are the Mazda CX-30, Hyundai Kona, and Kia Seltos.
