2021 Chevrolet Colorado Crew Cab Safety Features Explained
The 2021 Chevrolet Colorado Crew Cab gets all the standard safety features like ABS, airbags, driveline traction control, StabiliTrak stability control, OnStar and Chevrolet connected services, Teen Driver features, and many more too. Along with that, the 2021 Colorado Crew Cab is also built impeccably, and that helps in withstanding the impacts quite well.
A few highlighted safety technologies included as an option are Forward Collision Alert, Automatic Emergency Braking, Front Pedestrian Braking, Lane Keeping Assistance with Lane Departure Warning, Following Distance Indicator, Adaptive Cruise Control, HD Surround Vision, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and Parking Assistance. Some of these features have been mentioned in detail below:
Following Distance Indicator: This advanced system comes in handy while moving on busy highways. The system can provide the accurate distance between you and the detected vehicle ahead in seconds. You can make decisions on slowing down the truck based on the distance. The system will also alert if you get too close to the car in front.
Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning: The Lane Keep Assist system helps the driver to keep the truck in the same lane if the system detects any unintentional lane change taking place without proper indication. The Lane Departure Warning system is also on board and will warn the driver of the lane change without proper indication by providing audible and visual alerts. If the system senses no driver inputs, the LKA will also assist the steering to get back into the original lane.
Front Pedestrian Braking: The system comes in handy while driving between the hustle and bustle of city roads. At speeds below 50 MPH, the system can reduce or avoid a possible front collision by automatically applying brakes. It works with the help of an array of sensors and a camera that is placed in the front of the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado Crew Cab.
Adaptive Cruise Control: This sophisticated system can automatically maintain the driver-selected gap from the detected vehicle in the front. The feature comes in handy while driving on highways and reduces your need to frequently brake and accelerate, as the system will automatically do that for you based on the speed of the vehicle in front of you. If the vehicle in front of you comes to a complete halt, the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado Crew Cab also comes to a stop.
Rear Cross-Traffic Alert: RCTA helps the 2021 Colorado Crew Cab to detect any rear cross-traffic like cyclists, pedestrians, animals, etc while in a reverse maneuver. If you fail to brake on time even after providing the warnings, this feature would apply the brakes for you to avoid a collision.

Pros - "Smooth ride and good handling Easy-to-use infotainment features"
Cons - "Less rear seating space than competitors Drab interior quality"
Extended over Regular I should have bought myself a double cab rather than a regular cab. I am a family person and this pickup can be used for daily commutation as well. I got a pick up and drop of my car on the first drive and before buying a test drive of it too. Very good experience.

premium Chevrolet Colorado
Pros - Good payload capacity, towing ability and off-road capability
Cons - Bit uncomfortable driving position for tall riders
Highly recommended off-roader The ride was smooth and the performance of the vehicle was at the top notch with the good abilities of towing among the competitors. This came with good fit and finish in the cabin. The cabin looks more premium and the entertaining features in the cabin were more attractive. The vehicle comes with super power and it my best choice. Highly recommended for any one particularly for off-roading, adventures. Dothan

Pros - Spacious, fun to drive, decent off-roading capabilities
Cons - Seats are a little uncomfortable
No complaints Colorado is a good truck! I feel that when driving, but it also feels like there is something missing. I can’t quite put my finger on it but trust me when I say this it sure is missing something. On top of that, the seats are uncomfortable and need a little more cushioning for them to be usable. I do like the simplicity of the interior though. It doesn’t have a gazillion features which no one ever uses but has the things that matter. People at Matt Saxe Chevrolet are really good when it comes to finding the car that's right for you, and they take care of everything with financing and DMV. Not only are they good at when it comes to sale but have amazing after-sales support too.
