The 2021 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 comes in a single trim priced at an MSRP of $63,995 (includes destination fees). Powering the Camaro ZL1 is a 6.2L supercharged V8 making 650 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque which in terms of performance translates into a 0-60 time of 3.5 seconds and a top speed of 200 mph. However, you can add an additional $1,700 to the price for Gas Guzzler Tax. 

On the interior, everything is track-focused but still comfortable, with Recaro performance power-adjustable heated and ventilated seats along with the convenience of wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Like the interior, the exterior is also performance-focused and can turn track-focused with the ZL1 Extreme Track Performance package ($7,500). Safety features include forward-collision alert, blind-spot alert, and rear-cross traffic alert, among others.

Powering the 2021 ZL1 is a 6.2L Supercharged V8 DI engine which makes 650 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque with power going to either a 6-speed manual transmission (standard) or a 10-speed automatic ($1,595 to the price), to the rear wheels.

The 2021 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 coupe carries a 6.2L Supercharged V8 DI engine making 650 horses and 650 pound-feet of torque. The engine is paired to a 6-speed manual with the available option of 10-speed automatic transmission (paddle shifters) directs power to rear wheels (RWD).

The 2021 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 does the 0-60 sprint in 3.7 seconds which is the same time as the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat widebody, but 0.4 seconds slower than the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500. The 2021 Camaro ZL1 does the standing quarter-mile in 11.4 seconds and will achieve a top speed of 200 mph.

The 2021 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 coupe gives fuel economy numbers of 14 mpg in the city, 20 mpg on the highway and a combined of 16 mpg. The Dodge Challenger SRT hellcat gives the same combined mpg, but the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 gives 14 mpg combined, 2 mpg lesser than the Camaro ZL1.

The 2021 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1's interior can seat 4 occupants. The front row seats are Recaro Performance 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat and 6-way power-adjustable front passenger seat which comes with heating and ventilation functions and feature leather with Alcantara inserts and red stitching. 

The interior comes with a few options these include - red seatbelts ($195), Carbon fiber instrument panel trim ($500), floor mats, and a few accessories. The Camaro ZL1 comes with a cargo capacity of 9.1 cu.ft. which is lesser than the Shelby GT500 and the Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody.

The 2021 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 comes with more aggressive styling compared to the standard Camaro with a honeycomb grille, 20-inch alloy wheels, LED running headlights, rear spoiler, dual exhausts on each side of the diffuser, slightly flared fenders and ZL1 badging. On the exterior for the 2021 model is the new paint option of Wild Cherry.

 

With the addition of a color option, saw the removal of Rally green Mettalic and Granet Red. There is the package of ZL1 1LE Track Performance Package which includes 19-inch black wheels, new front splitter, satin black hood, rear-view mirrors in black, also a carbon fiber hood insert and rear spoiler, with new brake calipers coming in red.

In terms of dimensions, the Camaro ZL1 is 190.2 inches in length, 2 inches more than the standard Camaro. However, it is the same length as the Shelby GT500 but shorter in length and wheelbase by 7.3-inches and 5.3-inches than the Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody.
