The 2021 BMW 4-series is available in two different trims. They are 430i and M440i. The price of 430i starts from $45,600 and M440i is priced at $58,500. The BMW 4-series received an overall J.D. Power Rating of 81 out of 100. In 2019, there were two recalls. However, both the recalls were made for the models, which were manufactured in 2018. The two recalls were due to incorrect passenger airbags and faulty crankshaft sensor. The 2018 model received one recall due to improper front seat belts.

Among the rivals, Lexus RC 350 gets the most powerful powertrain with a 3.5 L V6 engine that can deliver 311 horsepower. The other competitors deliver more or less the same power. However, the engine of 440i is more powerful than its competitors.

The 430i will get a standard open-pore oak grain trim whereas the 440i trim gets a standard aluminum trim. Both the trims get an optional high-gloss ash-grey wood or aluminum mesh trim. The 4-series gets a quite satisfactory trunk space capacity at 15.7 cubic feet, which increases to 45.9 cubic feet when the seats are folded.

How’s the 2021 BMW 4-Series Coupe’s infotainment system?

The 2021 BMW 4-Series gets a standard iDrive infotainment system with an 8.8-inch touchscreen. The 2021 model has also introduced an optional 10.25-inch screen. The infotainment system is easy to use with straightforward mechanisms. Knobs and switches are easy to locate with a user-friendly instrument cluster that provides all the information related to the car. 

Standard features that come with the infotainment system are navigation, Apple CarPlay, nine-speaker stereo, voice recognition, satellite radio, HD radio, Bluetooth, and USB port. The new model of 2021 gets a more polished look. It will come with a redesigned BMW's signature kidney grille. The tapered LED headlights along with the U-shaped daytime running lights give a sporty touch to the car. In the rear end, there comes a darkened L-shaped LED tail lamps that gives a mysterious yet classy look to the car. The new model comes with greater exterior dimensions with the wheelbase increasing by 1.6-inch, the length increases by 5.2-inch, and the width increases by an inch.
