Aston Martin has a legacy of manufacturing luxurious and premium cars. With its same bequest, it is coming with the most awaited hypercar - Valkyrie. It is a hybrid sports vehicle built by Aston Martin in collaboration with Red bull racing. The idea of making the car first took shape in February 2017. The whole body is made of carbon fiber and with excellent aerodynamic design by Adrian Newey, it claims to be one of the fastest street-legal cars in the world. Officially the car has not been revealed yet but it is expected to be launched at the beginning of 2021. It is expected that it would start with a price tag of $3,000,000. Only 150 copies of this beauty and the beast is to be made available by the company.

Developed along with Red Bull Racing, the Aston Martin Valkyrie takes its name from ancient Norse mythology, the valkyries being the spirits who decided the fates of men in battle. The carmakers claim the title of the fastest street-legal car in the world for it and some call it an F1 car with a road-legal car’s body. Currently, this real-life automobile monster faces stiff competition from the segment behemoths like Bugatti Chiron, Mercedes-AMG ONE, Koenigsegg Jesko. Here’s our take on the 2021 Aston Martin Valkyrie Coupe that is soon going to be on sale in the market.

2021 Aston Martin Valkyrie is offered with only one trim option i.e. Base. The Base trim is expected to have a price tag of $3,000,000 and comes with a high-performance engine with stunning acceleration figures. The base trim also offers different packages like AMR Performance Track Packs, Mokum Carbon Fiber, and Gold Pack. However, if you are looking for a lot of creature comforts, you are not going to find it here. The Valkyrie is a track monster and hence it offers performance-focused features and tech rather than being a car full of gizmos.

Base trim priced at 3,000,000USD offers plenty of features like Central Infotainment Screen with carbon fiber seats and the digital driver display in the steering wheel. The whole body is made of carbon fiber due to which it is one of the lightest supercars available.
Generally speaking, hypercars are good in terms of reliability as they are the most expensive cars in the markets. The Aston Martin is a track-oriented car and considered as the fastest car going to be launched by the makers. Priced this heavy, quality, and reliability is expected to be top-notch as well. It is surely going to be one of the best cars manufactured by Aston Martin and Redbull Racing.
We don’t have any rating available in terms of reliability as the 2021 Valkyrie is a new model in a series of hypercars and there is no carryover model. Generally speaking, hypercars are not rated in terms of reliability by J.D. Power. They are considered to be reliable and durable as they are more expensive than other cars. Aston Martin Valkyrie is expected to be reliable as it is one of the expensive cars with only 150 quantities.
Speaking about its average cost in areas where taxes are exempted it would nearly cost around $3,020,000.

As it is going to be a new model we expect to have no recall by NHTSA as they are available in limited quantities due to which it is carefully made with attention.
Talking about its ownership cost, it is assumed that it would cost nearly around $3,200,000 during the first five years of the purchase of Aston Martin Valkyrie. The maintenance cost of hypercars is usually high as compared to other vehicles.
While Aston Martin’s are no cheap cars to maintain or own, the Valkyrie is a set further than any other Aston Martin as it a limited production car. The 5-year ownership cost of the car cannot be calculated currently as the Valkyrie has been launched recently in the year 2020. However, going by the space-age parts and technology used by Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing, the car will attract quite a heft ownership cost. Currently, there are no recalls or customer complaints reported by the NHTSA for this spectacular supercar. While Aston Martin’s are known to take more oil in their sump than the average car its engines and drivetrain are highly reliable.
In terms of the ownership costs, on an average, you will have to shell out nearly $98,000 in 5 years when you buy a brand new Aston Martin Valkyrie Coupe. These numbers are very much approximate and the real exact figure can only be calculated once the Valkyrie completes 5 years in the market.
In the 2021 Aston Martin Valkyrie, we get a limited warranty and powertrain warranty for the first three years with no mileage limit. We don’t get any complementary schedule maintenance warranty. The official has not released whether they will offer the roadside assistance warranty or not. You can also opt for a specialized team of mechanics from Aston Martin when you hit the track with your Aston Martin Valkyrie! The carmaker also provides services of transportation if you don’t want your car to touch the normal state roads and take it straight to the track.

Compared with its rivals, the limited and Powertrain warranty is nearly the same in all the competitors except Bugatti Chiron that offers the limited and powertrain warranty for 4 years with no mileage limit each and also offers the complimentary scheduled maintenance warranty which is valid till 4 years with unlimited miles.
Currently, we don’t have any official information regarding the fuel economy. So we could not predict anything related to how much it costs in a dollar to cover a mile as it is a new model offered by Aston Martin.
Aston Martin Valkyrie is one of the most expensive cars in the market. Aston Martin Valkyrie is a gem to have to contemplate its engine performance that delivers 1160hp with its V12 engine. Its acceleration figures just blow the fire from the engine with its outstanding figure. Currently, we don’t have much information regarding its features but we can surely expect to have a much better result. The 2021 Aston Martin Valkyrie would be a great buy if you can afford it.
Having a new Aston Martin Valkyrie is itself a big deal to have as it is going to be launched with 150 quantities only. Getting a used Aston Martin Valkyrie is like a dream to have and if you can get a used one which is impossible, no doubt it is a better choice to have the most expensive car in the market. It more resembles an F1 racing car with its outstanding features. It is light in weight as the whole body is made of carbon fiber and having Aston Martin Valkyrie in your list is the biggest dream to have.
The 2021 Aston Martin Valkyrie consists of a 6.5L V12 Hybrid Engine Kinetic Energy Regeneration System. The V12 Engine alone produces 1000hp whereas the extra 160hp is offered by the KERS system designed by Rimac. So we get the final combined output of 1160hp power with 664lb-ft torque output delivered through a 7-Speed Automatic Transmission to the rear wheels. The engine is capable of revving up to 11,000rpm delivering a sweet symphony to the ears.
The V12 motor is preposterously powerful, so powerful in fact that Aston Martin offers you to go to a race track to learn how to drive the Valkyrie from a trained Aston Martin’s test driver. It is certainly not a machine meant to take on your everyday city drives or long highway journeys as the Valkyrie is one of the most serious track machines you can get for your price. The gearbox and the mechanics work down to a decimal accuracy and the V12 motor just offers so much grunt that it is next to impossible to extract its full potential even on a track sometimes!

Hypercars generally have stunning engine performance. Bugatti Chiron powered by 8.0L quad-turbo W16 Engine has the highest power and torque output as compared with its rivals and stacks the top position. The rest of the rivals also offer competitive engine performance with Aston Martin Valkyrie putting out the least power on paper.
Hypercars with its ultralight construction aerodynamic bodies are known to have the fastest acceleration. The 2021 Aston Martin Valkyrie is powered by a 6.5L V12 hybrid engine that takes just 2.5 seconds to leap 0-60MPH and it covers the quarter-mile in 10.6 seconds, with a top speed limited to 250MPH. All the numbers are stupendous and the Valkyrie even dismisses the Vulcan in the numbers game.
We don’t have any official news related to its braking performance but we are expecting to have better braking capabilities with its titanium brakes and magnesium wheel.

Acceleration is an important aspect that the customers look for while purchasing sports hypercars. In the table, we have Bugatti Chiron which is the world's fastest car and has maximum top speed and bags the first place. The upcoming Aston Martin Valkyrie competes well too coming in at second in the quarter-mile drag. Mercedes-Benz AMG-ONE also offers a decent acceleration figure.
In terms of braking performance, we don’t have much information. Only we know that Bugatti Chiron performs well and stops the vehicle at 98 feet in 60-0MPH.
The 2021 Aston Martin Valkyrie is considered one of the world's expensive cars and thinking about its fuel's economy is similar to having diamonds and thinking about its brilliance. Aston Martin has not officially revealed the fuel economy offered since it is yet to be launched. But considering its properties related to F1 racing cars we can expect it to be near about 5-7 mpg combined.

Hoping for a better fuel economy in a hypercar that costs above $3,000,000 is not worthy. In terms of rivals, Koenigsegg offers better fuel economy with 14 combined fuel economy while the fastest car of the world offers 10 combined fuel economy. We don’t have official fuel economy stats of Aston Martin and Mercedes AMG-ONE.
Coming in the interior section, its interior is appealing and is at the top. The interior is more typical like an F1 racing car as the seats offered are made of carbon fiber that helps to reduce the weight and its seating posture is more like a racing car. In the interior, it has a central infotainment system. It offers seating capacity for two occupants. Also, it has a side screen display at the place of the traditional mirror. To diminish driver interruption and hecticness, the entirety of the vehicle's switchgear is set on the steering wheel, with vital signs that are reflected on a single OLED display screen. Currently, we don’t have official information regarding its seating dimensions.
Thinking about cargo space in vehicles is not justifiable. It is a typical racing car and usually, they don’t have much cargo space. Other spaces are not provided in this car.

We don’t have any information regarding the seating dimension so this comparison is not possible. In terms of Cargo space, the Bugatti offers 2 cubic feet trunk capacity whereas Koenigsegg Jesko offers 5.3 cubic feet.
The infotainment offered in this car is slightly off because it is a much track-oriented car due to which it is not equipped with an infotainment system. It has an only central infotainment system with a lightweight sound system inside the car.
To reduce the weight of switches, it has made sure that it would display on the OLED screen that comes with steering wheels, saving every bit of unnecessary weight as possible.
The 2021 Aston Martin Valkyrie exterior looks more like an F1 Racing car, it has a cutting and slippery design that looks to have a more fluid surface. In the front, it has a badge that is made of chemically etched aluminum covered with a thick layer of lacquer. It also has an eye shaded headlight equipped in the front half while in the rear it is loaded with centrally mounted stop light(CHMSL) illuminated by a red LED. It is among the lightest vehicles in hypercars as the whole body is made of carbon fiber and not a single piece of steel is used in a vehicle’s chassis.
We don’t have an actual measurement of the car as the manufacturer has not released its exterior dimensions yet.

Taking about the rivals the longest vehicle of the lot is Koenigsegg Jesko followed by Bugatti Chiron. We don’t have the dimensions of Aston Martin and Mercedes AMG-ONE. The heaviest vehicle in the table is Bugatti Chiron while the lightest is Aston Martin Valkyrie. Buggati also offers better ground clearance when compared with its rivals.
The 2021 Aston Martin Valkyrie is pretty decent in terms of safety but generally, the NHTSA and IIHS would never dare to give a rating in terms of safety concern considering its high price and limited availability.
Aston Martin Valkyrie's whole body is made of carbon fiber and they claimed that their body is stiff and can handle the car well in terms of safety offered. There is no official announcement related to the safety offered but we can expect to have some key safety features like
Bugatti Chiron is the world's fastest car. It has tremendous features that attract the customers that vary from engine performance and goes to its exterior look. Its interior is much more diverse than Aston Martin.
Aston Martin Valkyrie competes well in all departments with Bugatti, and it is the first hypercar launched by Aston Martin but it is not suitable for roads. But Bugatti Chiron is much more suitable to drive on the road, making it a better choice.
Mercedes AMG-ONE is considered as the closest competitor of the segment. They have nearly had the same engine performance, acceleration stats. Both the hypercars have almost the same build quality. We don’t have much information regarding its other features like interior and exterior dimensions, fuel economy, and braking performance but as it is the closest competitor they might compete in this segment too. Both have almost the same base price. But due to limited 150 sales, we would suggest you have an Aston Martin Valkyrie.
Yes, we would suggest you purchase the 2021 Aston Martin Valkyrie as it is one of the best models offered by Aston Martin and is the fastest too. The braking performance is also expected to be decent with titanium rotors. The build quality of the car is premium and luxurious. It has an attractive exterior made of carbon fiber only due to which it is light in weight and looks more familiar like an F1 racing car. Overall it is the best car to have as a collectible too as only 150 units are going to be made.
