Aston Martin DB11 is a grand tourer launched at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2016 as the successor of the Aston Martin DB9. The recently showcased Rapide E, which is an all-electric production car gives a glimpse of the company’s plan toward the future. Only 155 units of Rapide E will be made. It is driven by a twin-motor drive system putting out 602 horsepower and 700 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels. The car is claimed to have a 0-60mph time of sub 4 seconds with a top speed of 155mph. One charge range is claimed to be up to 200miles. It will be manufactured at Aston Martin's new St. Athan plant in Wales. The same plant will also assemble the brand’s first SUV, the DBX.
